Regrettably, at this point we are taking no further bookings for 2011 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before commencement of holiday (non-refundable unless re-booked). It will be necessary to provide own towels and bed linen, which should include bottom sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. Accommodation available from 2pm on day of arrival. Please vacate by 10am on day of departure. Electricity: From September to May inclusive, a deposit of £60.00 to be paid 4 weeks before commencement of holiday. Balance will be refunded or charged at end of holiday. Parking: in front and at side of house, and in pub car park opposite. Regrettably no pets.. No smoking please. * If not booked for self catering, B & B (continental / organic), or room only available throughout the year. Complementary Therapies also available; Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage. The house is also available for short breaks, pro pata, if available.
